A cool morning with forest fire smoke in the air. I got an email from a friend. The City cut their lawns and made the park smell so good. FedEx called me at work to let me know that the replacement dishes I'd ordered (we've broken a few) will be here on Tuesday and to charge me $19 for duties and taxes. There was nothing in the mail. I'm pretty sure I saw a frog in the wildflower bed in front of the house. We went to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. It was 3D, which was cool, but I think it would be better just regular. I put in my contacts so I wouldn't have to deal with two pairs of glasses. It's been a while since we went to a movie in the summer and it was nice to find it still warm and light out when we walked out of the theatre. Abby sat on the couch with me while I worked on my giant granny square. I read a few stories from Free Range Knitter before falling asleep.
