Goodness from JapanPosted by Peanut in Shopping , Japanese Stuff , Fabric |
These are the contents of a fun package I got in the mail the other day. They travelled all the way from Japan to be with me. I stumbled upon the Goodness etsy shop a little while ago and did a bunch of window shopping before I decided what to get.
The dress forms and the elephants are both linen blends. The dress forms are going to make a cover for my sewing machine but I don't know what the elephants are for yet - they were just too cute to pass up. The brown stripy fabric is a fine corduroy and is so soft I can't stop petting it. It doesn't yet have an intended use yet either. The funny little things on the top of the stack are pinch purse frames. My current wallet is falling apart and I plan to make a new one but have decided I want a separate coin purse instead of the zippered sleeve thing I've got right now.
The package was so cutely wrapped when it arrived. I'm going to save this paper for some future scrapbooking project (it drove the face recognition on my camera nuts - it was like a bunch of blinking Christmas lights).
