			<description>Oh my, I had to check your &quot;about&quot; page to see where you live - NWT! Wow, it would get cold in a REAL hurry there. I live on Vancouver Island and our power went out for a few hours a couple of weeks ago. Like you, I was thrilled with a cup of hot tea once it came back on. But I did not have to put on a hat or worry about the pipes freezing.
